19No action lies for damages or otherwise against any of the following persons or entities in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act or the regulations by that person or entity:
(a)
the Province;
(b)
the Minister;
(c)
the Minister of Environment and Local Government;
(d)
the Building Code Administrator;
(e)
a building inspector;
(f)
a regional service commission; and
(g)
a person acting under or who has acted under the authority of this Act or the instructions of a person or entity referred to in this section.
19No action lies for damages or otherwise against any of the following persons or entities in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act or the regulations by that person or entity:
